Empross Breakthroughs

EMPROSS continuously invests on research and development, creating world class innovations and state of the art techniques, recognized by accredited organizations of business entities over the time.

Unfortunately, there are many cases as well, where EMPROSS finds ahead those innovations to be considered as tendencies, best practices and pioneering solutions and techniques from other organizations and enterprises long way after they were introduced by EMPROSS.

The weakness of EMPROSS to protect and bind these innovations and pioneering ideas is obvious due to the fact that EMPROSS as a company continuously creates state of the art technology in informatics management and not importing or repackaging and reselling innovations from others.

Adjusting the ARIADNE methodology processes in more than trillions ways of possible and practical combinations

The ARIADNE methodology is primarily supported by 2 sub methodologies (ARIADNE-SE και ARIADNE-PM) and 40 process models (20 in each).  Each process model is interpreted in 5 versions giving 540   = 9.094.947.017.729.282.379.150.390.625 combinations of using the process models, in order to create or adjust the management method to be followed based on the project or the investment’s constraints and goals.  Definitely there must be at least one of them that will good enough to bring success.

The Organizational Technocratic Development Concept

EMPROSS introduced the technocratic engineering concept for organizations and enterprises. The concept is based on the maturity and the capability of an organization to successfully use the information technologies in an investment or a development initiative (internally or externally).  Most of the organizations do not have the luxury to make mistakes on technologic initiatives and investments.  The technocratic development concept makes sure that no such mistake will appear and that no organization will be at risk by using and trusting information technologies capable to be used and to actually benefit from them.

The ASPAM Process Assessment Model

ASPAM (Adjusted Software Process Assessment Model Methodology). ASPAM was presented at the 7th International Conference on Software Quality in Helsinki, after an exhaustive reviewing process.

The basic principle of ASPAM is the adjustability of assessment processes trough a number of criteria that re-adjust the assessment process and its execution upon factors such as the number of employees in an organization using technology, the organizational maturity on project management or on structured systems development, the project size, the project schedule, the overall experience of the organization under process management practices, etc.  The adjustability of ASPAM and they way it is applied on each project specifically, is the main difference of ASPAM form the most recognized and widely accepted international process assessment models.  On the other hand ASPAM provides a collaboration model with the assessed organizations though which corrective actions, discussions and other collaborative initiatives are facilitated before ASPAM presents the final process status results.

The EMPROSS Matrix for the Adjustability of the ARIADNE Methodology

The EMPPROS MATRIX is the absolute mechanism for adjusting the ARIADNE processes into every organizational or project environment and goal.  The MATRIX takes one level further down the results of the ASPAM assessment by integrating all the required processes and organization needs in order to perform successful project management on a technological investment or initiative. The Matrix defines not only the structure of the adjusted methodology but primarily the way the processes work among themselves, especially the heterogynous ones, deriving from ARIADNE  The matrix operates by taking in consideration the project goals and objectives and the project constraints as well in technical, organizational, financial and management level.  The project goals and constraints thought the matrix redefine and interpret the way each  process model forming the selected methodology will be used in a specific project.   This process interpretation is actually a precise fine tuning of the methodology in order to be adjusted not only to the organizations but also per project per case.   The combinations provided by the matrix on this process re-adjustability can multiply the trillions of process combinations offered by ARIADNE.

The ARIADNE Adjustable cosmological model

The adjustability of the ARIADNE methodology is not restricted in the development of the proper methodology per project and per case, but also in the calculation of the cost of each specific methodology that will be used in a specific project.  By selecting the ARIADNE processes for a specific project, the version of each process and the number of process, the cost of the methodology is calculated by taking into consideration the discount models offered by EMPROSS per number of processes of a specific version.  The cost identification of an ARIADNE method is a parametrical procedure which helps an organization identify the cost of the management method, which is a significant cost to the calculation of the overall project implementation cost.
