EMPROSS developed
an integrated and comprehensive software platform based on which all Ariadne
process models are transformed into software supported project management
tools. The platform is based on the logic
which supports roles, tasks and information generated or managed through
them. The roles and the tasks are generated
based on the structure of each organization and also on the methodology derived
form Ariadne to support a specific project or a specific type of projects for
this specific organization.
Despite the fact that the software platform is very flexible and easy to be parameterized and also supported with all the adjustability capabilities, it remains a product, and as a product it comes with specific process models and logic predefined. The parameterization of the platform in order to follow a specific methodology requires the existence of the methodology first, and then the processes and the process elements. Once those are available, the platform can be parameterized. EMPROSS offers services related to the development of the methodology, the process elements and also the parameterization of the platform to the custom made methodology. The platform is purchased based on two dimensions. The first one is to purchase the platform as a tools and the second is to purchase the methodology, if one does not exist in the organization.
EMPROSS charges per platform licenses, per process model, per process models elements, per number of users and for parameterizations services.
